How to Use the SGPA Grade Calculator

Enter Your Scores and Credits:

Supply/Improvement Exam SGPA: This is your grade point average from any extra exams you took to improve your grades. Type your SGPA number here.
Supply/Improvement Exam Credits: This shows how many credits those exams were worth. Type the number of credits here.

Regular Exam SGPA : This is your grade point average from your regular exams. Type your SGPA number here.

Regular Exam Total Credits: This shows how many credits your regular exams were worth in total. Type the number of credits here.

Click the Calculate Button :
Press the button that says “Calculate.”
Wait for Results:

You’ll see a message saying “Calculating your results…” for 3 seconds. This is just to let you know that the tool is working .

See Your Overall SGPA :

After 3 seconds, your overall SGPA will show up. This is a combined average of all your exams.
What the Calculator Does

The calculator uses a simple formula to figure out your overall SGPA. Here’s how it works:

Multiply Your SGPA by the Credits :

For both your supply exams and regular exams, the calculator multiplies your SGPA by the number of credits those exams are worth. This gives you a “weighted” score.

Add Them Together :

Next, the calculator adds up all these weighted scores ( from both supply and regular exams ).

Divide by Total Credits :

Finally , it divides the total weighted score by the total number of credits . This tells the calculator your overall SGPA, combining all your exams.

Simple Formula :
This formula is taken from Kakatiya University Grade system guidelines :

• Overall SGPA = (Supply SGPA×Supply Total Credits)+(Regular SGPA×Regular Total Credits)​ / Total Credits
• Supply SGPA : Your grade from improvement exams.
• Supply Credits : Credits for those improvement exams.
• Regular SGPA : Your grade from regular exams.
• Regular Credits : Credits for those regular exams.
• Total Credits : All credits from both types of exams.
